First, the links are fixed (I left off the // - it's the little things...) so you can click through.

Finding good help is the same, regardless of whether your business is primarily online or you have a storefront. Essentially you need to decide what you want to have done, then find someone to do it.

Virtual Assistants are generally trained at a high level. They can do a variety of things on a professional level. That's why they command a high hourly wage. Because they can.

But ask yourself - do you NEED that level of expertise? For many tasks you need someone who can follow your directions and type things into a browser.

I have had luck in finding people in Craigslist, through friends, through asking my list of subscribers for help, and hiring people from other countries. I've paid as little as nothing (for apprentices) and as much as $85 per hour. It depends on the task I need to have done.

So make that list of things you need to have done, then go find the person who can do them.

What exactly do you mean when you say that if you have $50 a month you can afford to outsource? I'm currently researching what services VAs offer, how much they charge, and how long it takes to do different tasks and so far most US Virtual Assistants charge $30 per hour and up with a minimum of several hours. I would love to know of a more affordable qualified source.

Also,I tried clicking on the link above to find out more about the lifetime membership you mentioned, but it said the page doesn't exist.

I appreciate your help with these questions, as I am going to be starting my first internet business soon. Thank you!
